2022-2023 Daycare

Please complete the online registration form below.  Once your registration has been received along with the non-refundable $100 deposit which will be applied to your child's tuition, you will receive a confirmation email guaranteeing your child's spot.

 

REFUND POLICY: 

The daycare has limited to a certain number of children. Your registration form and deposit guarantee your child’s spot. The $100 deposit is non-refundable. The total tuition is due by Friday, July 29th.  From Friday, July 29th to Friday, August 5th, if a students needs to withdraw from the program, we will refund 50% of the total tuition. After Friday, August 5th, Ona Family Daycare is not obligated to refund applicants. In addition, Ona Family Daycare is not obligated to refund tuition of any participant who withdraws or is dismissed from the program for any reason, including behavior, illness, or injury.
